Thought Ensemble is an IT strategy firm that helps organizations improve their performance through technology.  We believe in the "Build Your Own"¬ù approach to strategy.  When we work with clients, we invest significant time up front to understand the strategic problems we are working on before we even begin talking about a project.  Our approaches share a common theme: they make the problem easier to see and they draw out solutions that were previously hidden. We have created four main services from which we pick and choose components to create a strategic starting point: Technology Strategy, Organization Design, Performance Improvement, and Assessment and Coaching.
