CTA is hosting its third annual YoPro Talks, an event designed to spotlight emerging leaders in the Colorado tech industry. This TED-style event spotlights the innovative ideas and experiences of young professionals through four, ten minute presentations. This year's presentations will feature conversations on leadership development, conflict management, personal branding, artificial intelligence and more.

YoPro Talks is organized by CTA's Young Professionals Board and is open to both young and experienced professionals in the tech community! Attend to support our emerging leaders, connect with peers over drinks and listen to thought provoking presentations by this year's speakers.

Speakers:

Raezelle Maestas, Engagement Solutions Manager, Contexture

Raezelle Maestas is a young professional who has a diverse background in business development within various business models. She began her early career in non-profit organizations, where she helped develop marketing techniques to further grow small businesses. She then transitioned to healthcare where she began working for hospitals systems alike .In this role, she discovered her passion for helping people and worked closely with administrators to provide ultimate patient care. Through her journey, she gained knowledge in value-based care and is now working on behalf of the health information exchange with Contexture. She believes healthcare tells a beautiful story of people as they journey through life, and she finds it a joy to be able to help others discover it.

Raezelle currently holds a B.A in Business Administration with a focus non-profit business management from West Coast Bible College and Seminary. When she is not helping people get connected to the HIE, she delights in serving her local church and impacting the Denver community. Raezelle is dedicated to helping young people walk confidently in their talents and is always looking for ways to better understand people support them in their passions.

Christian McNair, Senior Account Manager, Zayo Group

Christian McNair is a Senior Account Manager at Zayo Group and has been collaborating & partnering with  Media, Technology, and Consumer Services Enterprise Companies to enable their Core, Cloud, and Edge Networks for What's Next. 

Christian also is the Chairperson for the Multicultural ERG @ Zayo and the Alumni Program Manager for the Zayo Leadership Series. 

Prior to converting to the professional "Tech Life", Christian spent 10+ years in the Global Travel Industry. Christian has served on the GBTA Rocky Mountain Board of Directors, Crystal Coast Authority Board of Directors, and the City of Raleigh Musuem Board of Directors. 

Christian lives in Denver, Colorado by way of Raleigh, North Carolina. He is a 7-time uncle and the oldest of 8 children.

Meghan Villard, Head of Intelligence, Full Send Finance

Meghan is passionate about data and what it can do for companies. She has dedicated her career and extra curricular time (hobbies some might call it) to empowering companies with data — consulting, education, volunteer work. Meghan has over a decade of experience in data consulting - from data governance, to centralized cloud solutions, to data science and AI. She began her career with Accenture, and recently joined Full Send, a Boulder firm, to lead their Intelligence service. Her goal is to serve the underserved market of small businesses and nonprofits in all things data.

Meghan served as a board member of CTA YoPro, and now is a chair for Denver Startup Week - dedicated to advancing young businesses and professionals! She has two little kids, and loves Colorado hiking.

AJ Wiley, Apparel Graphic Designer, The North Face

AJ is an outdoor illustrator and apparel designer, providing a unique blend of expertise derived from his background in graphic design and a deep understanding of market trends through social media. Collaborating with some of the world's leading brands, he brings a fresh and innovative perspective, fueled by both ambition and creativity.

AJ has built 2 businesses through social media and even utilized his page to get his dream job at The North Face. He now designs graphics for the brand that will be put in stores starting in Spring 2025.
