She specializes in strengthening leadership and converting challenging dynamics within organizations. Sue has been involved in the area of human behavior for over twenty-five years. She also brings that same amount of successful experience in leadership, strategic planning, business development and training, including in male dominated industries.

Nicohole leads the operations and customer experience organizations for all ECS Americas lines of business at Arrow Electronics. She is also responsible for delivering on Arrow’s strategic initiatives, including digital business transformation, data integration and governance programs, implementing continuous process improvement, and directing supply chain management. With over fifteen years of IT, sales and business operations experience at Arrow, Nichole has been the driving force for many Arrow initiatives.

Amara is a Denver native with a true passion for fashion. As a plus size model she has walked runways around the United States including companies such as Macy’s, Dillard’s and Annafesta designs. She has published her first book ‘Heritage of the Cemetery; Ruin is the Road to Salvation’ in 2016. In 2007 Amara joined the Dress for Success Denver team as the Program Director. Amara was promoted to the Executive Director position. In 2019 Amara was honored by the Douglas County Chamber with the ‘Women Who Soar’ award and her story was featured in the Denver Business Journal ‘The Power of the Pause’.
