Maybe you are aspiring for something new and different but aren’t sure how to get there or where to even start. Starting fresh and taking the leap into entrepreneurship sounds scary, but it doesn’t have to be.

Jason currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of RICS Software, Inc., a cloud-based retail point-of-sale and inventory management provider for retailers. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of DyKnow, Inc., a web-based classroom management solution used to defeat classroom distractions on student devices. As a volunteer, Jason is on the Community Health Network Board of Directors.

As a C-level leader, Jason leads organizational strategy and growth. Jason’s professional experience is in organizational strategy, leadership, design, and change management. He began his professional career at West Monroe Partners, a Chicago-based management and IT consulting firm working across multiple industries including private equity, manufacturing, and healthcare.

He holds a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University and an M.A. in Organizational Change and Learning from Northwestern University.

He lives in Carmel, IN with his wife Nicole and sons Andrew, Colin, Matthew, and Luke.

As a TEDx speaker, diversity and inclusion advocate, and branding strategist, Olivia Omega is the co-founder at Wallace Marketing Group, and the author of Beautifully Branded: The Girl's Guide to Understanding the Anatomy of Brand You. Olivia is also the Founder Track Chair for Denver Startup Week, helping the world's largest free entrepreneurial event grow its DEI muscle.

With 20 years of corporate branding, advertising, and digital marketing experience, Olivia has studied the importance of authenticity for both brands and individuals, and what it means to show up in a genuine way.

Half of her career was spent in corporate at an advertising agency and the other 10 years as an entrepreneur and small business owner. Brand identity played a large role in both.

Olivia has influenced the global brands of Frito Lay, Pepsi and Starbucks among others. She is a mom, wife, disco ball enthusiast and has been featured in USA Today, Entrepreneur, Business Week, People and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Olivia graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder Leeds School of Business and currently lives outside of Denver, CO.
