PM Day of Service from PMI Mile Hi

PM Day of Service, an innovative program for benefitting the non-profit community through a FREE day of professional services from the project management industry, is slated for Thursday, November 1, at the Renaissance Denver Stapleton Hotel, 3801 Quebec Street, Denver. PMI Mile Hi, Denver, is bringing together project managers and charities and other non-profit organizations around the Denver metro. Project managers who are volunteering their specialized skills for the day are being paired with non-profits on some of their upcoming projects. Examples of challenges commonly facing the community groups are fundraising and capital campaigns, building campaigns or system implementations. Together, participants will work to diagnose a critical problem and scope out a project to help address and overcome the issue. PM Day of Service coincides with the International Project Management Day and is PMI Mile Hi’s contribution to that celebration.
