More about Nancy Merrill:
A practicing attorney in Colorado since 1982, Nancy Merrill has specialized in complex commercial transactions, international contract negotiations, privacy regulation and related matters, mostly within the business process outsourcing (BPO) industry. In over 24 years of International BPO specialization, most of which was spent as Chief Counsel, Global Operations with Colorado-based TTEC Holdings Inc. (formerly TeleTech Holdings, Inc.) Nancy has led a team devoted to contracting and personally negotiated and closed outsourcing contracts on six continents with values ranging in excess of $1 billion, working with parties from the Fortune 50 to the Global 1000.
After reading Getting to Yes in 1981, Nancy became a lifelong student of the art and practice of negotiation. She has had the opportunity to present seminars and train mentees and future leaders to develop and enhance their negation skills in both continuing legal education (CLE) presentations and company seminars. During her tenure at TTEC Nancy created and sponsored the company’s Global Negotiation Center of Excellence, co-sponsored its Mentorship Program and participated as a Core Team member of its Women in Leadership.
Nancy retired from TTEC in 2020 and when not traveling to state and national parks with her husband in their camper, she works as a consultant and a mentor, working with companies, groups and aspiring leaders.
