Launched by our Women in Tech CO Council, our Womenar series are bi-monthly webinars that aim to identify and understand the issues facing women in technology and leadership positions. We invite both men and women to engage in these bi-monthly programs.

At this month's meeting, we will hear from Dana Sednek, all about this new era of work. The future of work is hybrid and remote, but it's hard to separate the myths from the realities. Don't miss this thought-provoking Womenar, where we'll explore the strategies, tools, tips, and takeaways you need to succeed, whether you’re working remotely, in the office, or both!

In this 1-hour sessions, you'll:

  • Contrast the myths and realities of hybrid and remote work
  • Examine the implications of these work models on culture, innovation, and performance
  • Break down digital tech tools and strategies that help you optimize the way you collaborate, innovate, and get things done in-person and remotely.

By the end of this Womenar, you'll be ready to experiment with tools and tips to overcome the challenges of working digitally, as well as the strategies to create the most productive onsite time when you're in the same room together. You'll walk away with actionable, new-era takeaways that will help you connect and thrive in any work environment, whether it's hybrid, remote, or in-person.
