Rocky Mountain Human Services is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that assists approximately 17,000 people across Colorado. 

RMHS provides personalized case management and services for: Children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, Military veterans who are experiencing homeless or in danger of homelessness, and People transitioning from inpatient mental health facilities to the community.
