Manager, Business Intelligence


The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for turning data into knowledge by providing direct, and simplified, real-time access to business data for decision-makers across the company. BI Manager will be responsible for architecting and developing reporting solutions using Microsoft and Oracle reporting tools. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with business leaders and SMEs to understand reporting and analytics needs within their functions.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business reporting requirements.
  • Map business requirements to source data structures and develop visualizations and models from data located within multiple data stores utilizing data solutions such as Power BI, Oracle and Qlik.
  • Support external customer data needs
  • Partner with business owners to prioritize projects to ensure the most important items are being successfully addressed.
  • Analyze and validate data for accuracy and report on potential quality errors.
  • Partner with IT and cross-functional team members to identify and store required data sets.
  • Partner with stakeholders to plan, communicate and deliver data visualizations successfully and on time and provide regular communications on the status of assigned items, both currently being worked and those in the backlog.
  • Provide ongoing analytics expertise and insights into data trends across business segments.
  • Provide ad-hoc data analysis and support to business functions.
  • Identify improvements to existing business intelligence, reporting and data analysis.
  • Manage, coordinate and mentor wider BI team.

  • Strong leadership skills as a change agent.  Ability to influence, inspire and develop a multi-disciplined team.
  • Ability to work across multiple levels of the organization from developers to senior leadership
  • Requires the ability to influence and manage across business groups and geographies working with many different technologies, vendors, and consulting partners.
  • Experienced in BI Tools: Power BI, Oracle, Qlik, Cloud
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Highly self-motivated, mission-driven, and organized

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$173,250.00 - $211,750.00


Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
