At this meeting\, we will share a summary of a recent executive roundtable that brought together the Colorado Community College System\, all 13 community college presidents\, Tech Talent Denver leaders and technology executives to discuss workforce and talent partnerships across the state.We will then host an interactive workforce development and talent panel featuring:Adeeb Khan\, Executive Director of Denver Economic Development & Opportunity\, who will give an overview of the Denver Jobs AgendaKathryn Harris\, President and COO of ActivateWork\, who will share more about ActivateWork's technology training programs and recent Opportunity Now grant fundingJamie Fisher\, Business Services Manager at Arapahoe/Douglas Works!\, will discuss Workforce Colorado and the future of postsecondary talent development in Colorado through House Bill 26-1317Tech Talent Denver brings together industry leaders and community partners to address some of the technology industry's most pressing workforce challenges. With a focus on talent needs across the Denver metro region\, the initiative supports a thriving technology sector by generating discussion and action among industry leaders and collaborating with regional partners to educate\, develop and train a strong technology workforce.Tech Talent Denver is led by co-chairs Rolf Kramer\, Senior Market Director for Colorado and Arizona at Akkodis\, and Sarah Herzog\, AVP of Digital Products for Cox Farms. The initiative is co-convened by CTA\, Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) and Arapahoe/Douglas Works! (A/D Works!).
