Building a Corporate Women's Network

Curious about what corporate women's networks do? Interested in starting your own at your company? Looking for ways to strengthen your already existing group? Join us on March 18th for our Women in Tech Colorado Council meeting where representatives of successful women's networks will be presenting on how their companies built these groups, how they are structured and tips for success.

Speakers:

Emily Cellar, PMP, CSM & CSPO, VP of IT Operations, Home Advisor

Emily Cellar is a PMP, CSM, CSPO & Prosci Change Practitioner.  She holds a Master of Science in Management with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and graduate certificates in Executive Leadership and Strategic Business Management from Regis University.   Emily is the first female VP of IT Operations at HomeAdvisor & Angie’s List where she oversees the ePMO and IT support teams.  She also serves as VP of Technology on the board of PMI Mile Hi, one of the largest chapters of Project Management Professionals globally, where she is responsible for the organization’s technology solutions and security.  Emily is the creator of Women in Technical Infrastructure (WITI), now with 350+ members, which hosts a monthly speaker series, a mentoring program for technical professionals, and virtual networking opportunities all for free!

Andrea Lampert, Vice President of People, Perficient 

Andrea is an innovative and collaborative leader. As Vice President of People at Perficient, Andrea  works across the company to support business goals by driving the implementation of strategic HR  objectives with a focus through the lens of the people experience. Andrea has led broad HR  transformation initiatives in several companies to redesign HR service delivery and better position the  function to deliver strategic services with a relentless pursuit of a fabulous people experience.

Andrea has experiences spanning from start-up to Fortune 100 companies, including environments of  rapid change and growth both organic and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to her current role, Andrea  was Vice President, Talent Strategies at BJC HealthCare, where she led talent attraction and acquisition  across the organization, in addition to leading HR transformation efforts. Prior to BJC HealthCare,  Andrea was Vice President, HR Strategy & Talent Management at Express Scripts, leading multiple  functions including HR strategy & transformation, communications, analytics, talent acquisition, and  organization & leadership development.  

Andrea began her career in healthcare as a registered nurse and spent several years in operations  leadership roles before shifting her expertise into Human Resources. She holds a bachelors degree in  nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, a masters degree from Boston University, and a master  certificate in HR Management from Villanova University. Andrea is SPHR certified and a results trained  coach via the Neuroleadership Institute. She currently serves on the board of directors for Duo  Dogs. Andrea lives in St. Louis Missouri and has two children.
