Colorado’s new paid sick leave and equal pay statutes will be effective on January 1, 2021, and the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, through its Division of Labor Standards and Statistics, has made new rules applicable to those laws available on its rulemaking webpage. Moreover, Colorado voters approved a new paid family and medical leave law that will change the leave landscape for Colorado employers.
